Full-time 40 hours per week day shift position.  Under the direction of the Senior Ultrasonographer, the successful candidate performs a variety of ultrasound scans of the eye to measure and evaluate disease conditions. Provides advisory information to the physician on technical ultrasound data. Participates in research projects by collecting data and performing special ultrasound studies of animals and human subjects.  We will train any sonographer with experience in Ophthalmology.

 Requirements:

Knowledge of ophthalmic ultrasonography typically acquired through specialized training equal to two years of college or four years of on-the-job internship. Bachelor's degree in medical specialty preferred. Must be registry-eligible Medical Sonographer.
